android how to deal with data when listview refresh

如何解决listview数据刷新,下拉刷新,上拉加载更多时,图片不闪烁。

在Activity的onResume()方法中将adaper和listView重新再绑定一次。
listView.setAdapter(adapter);
adapter.notifyDataSetChanged();
