3.使用命令行安装

3.1.创建临时安装目录并解压安装文件到指定目录

mkdir tmp

cd /tmp

mkdir vmtools

cd /media/VMware Tools/

tar -zxvf VMwareTools-9.6.0-1294478.tar.gz -C /tmp/vmtools/

3.2.执行安装,按提示选择默认

[root@master vmtools]# cd /tmp/vmtools/vmware-tools-distrib/

[root@master vmware-tools-distrib]# ls

bin  doc  etc  FILES  INSTALL  installer  lib  vmware-install.pl

 [root@master vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl

2. Log out and log back into your desktop session; and,

3. Restart your X session.
