linux中nice和renice调度优先
调度优先级是一个整数值，从-20(最高优先级)到+20(最低优先级)。默认情况下，bash shell启动所有优先级进程为0的进程！
nice命令: nice -n
nice命令可以在启动命令时设置优先级！
[root@localhost ~]# nice -n 10 ./test39.sh > test39out &[1] 7753
[root@localhost ~]# ps al
