Spring环境搭建错误

此错误是因为导使用jar包都是spring 4.0的jar包,但是配置文件引入的xsd文件版本不对，或者少引入了xsd文件导致。

这种错误是缺少jar包：aspectjrt.jar、aspectjweaver.jar
两个jar包。
