tomcat 端 启动项目，废弃掉Eclipse自带启动
1.需要将tomcat的webapps 关联到项目的工作空间。
在apache-tomcat-6.0.41\conf下添加conf\Catalina\localhost，也就是建立Catalina和localhost文件夹。
在localhost中添加文件ROOT.xml，文件内容：
